The Apprentice:

The Story
Fragrance is both science and poetry. The Apprentice Class is your introduction to the art of perfumery, a creative hands-on workshop where you’ll uncover the history of fragrance, explore the psychology of scent, and experience the craft of perfume-making with expert guidance.

The Experience

• Half-day group workshop (3hr 30 min).

• Led by Hamdah London’s in-house master perfumer and chartered chemist.

• Small group setting (limited to 8–10 participants for a personal experience).

• Learn to identify, analyse, and describe a curated selection of 25 premium natural and synthetic raw materials across the olfactory families.

• Introduction to perfumery techniques and formulation principles.

• Step-by-step guidance to design and blend your own fragrance.

• Each participant leaves with:

  • A 10ml laboratory bottle of their unique eau de parfum.

  • A workbook of notes, history, and techniques covered in class.
